Q: How are the ETS800 drivers and receivers connected?



The Pin Electronics "Front End"

The diagram below illustrates the internal connections between the drivers, receivers and programmable loads on ETS800 series pin electronics cards. The nomenclatures are:

DRIVER

VH - Driver Logic Hi
VL - Driver Logic Lo
Disable - TriState driver
STIM Data - DUT Stimulus

RECEIVER

Receive Data - DUT output
VTHhi- High Compare Threshold
VTHlo- Low Compare Threshold

PROGRAMMABLE LOAD

IOH - "Hi" load current
IOL - "Lo" load current
VCOMM - Commutation Voltage
